Work With The Van Guy NH

Looking for Reliable People Who Aren't Afraid to Work

This is hands-on moving work. You'll be carrying furniture, working stairs, navigating tight spaces, loading trailers and trucks, and representing the company in customers' homes.

If you show up, work hard, stay professional, and can handle physical work, fill out the application below.

Physical Work

Heavy furniture, stairs, awkward items and long carries.

Professional

Respect customers, their homes and their belongings.

Reliable

Show up when scheduled and ready to work.

Small Crew

You'll often work directly with the owner.

Employment Application

Tell Me About Yourself

Answer honestly. This application is intended to identify people who are dependable, physically capable, professional around customers, and a good fit for moving work.

01

Basic Information

How should I reach you?

02

Availability

Moving work depends heavily on customer demand and the job calendar.

Are you available to work weekends when jobs are scheduled?

Can you reliably show up for early morning jobs?

Are you sometimes available for jobs with 24–48 hours notice?

03

Reliability & Work Standards

These are basic requirements for working around customers and their property.

Do you have reliable transportation to get to jobs or the meeting point on time?

Can you report to every shift sober, unimpaired, and remain that way for the entire job?

Are you willing to undergo a background check if required for the position?

04

Physical Requirements

This is real moving work, not light warehouse work.

Can you repeatedly lift and carry approximately 75 pounds as part of a two-person moving crew?

Are you comfortable carrying furniture up and down stairs?

Are you comfortable working outdoors in normal New Hampshire summer and winter conditions?

Can you remain physically active for several hours during a moving job?

05

Work Experience

Moving experience helps, but reliability and attitude matter just as much.

06

A Few Straightforward Questions

There aren't necessarily perfect answers. I'm looking for honesty and judgment.
